Pain is awful. Whether you live with it long-term and have to find ways to control and manage it in your day to day life, or you’ve recently been involved in an accident or sustained an injury that is causing you short-term, but intense pain. It’s unpleasant. Being in pain, whether it is constant or it comes and goes, makes life harder.
