Juicing For Cleansing
I find this cleansing juice is full of nutritional goodness. Your immune system, liver, and kidneys will love it. Cleansing is fantastic for giving your body and cells a break from regular eating. Quantities vary according to your taste and desired sweetness. Try to use as much beetroot as possible and add the other cleansing ingredients to your liking.
2 celery sticks
A small piece of fresh ginger
Clove of garlic
Small bunch of fresh parsley or coriander
Juice and enjoy fresh.
